July 30, 2024 - From SFFirst time renting a storage unit and the customer service was fantastic! I showed up about an hour before closing and had forgotten my homeowners insurance declaration. I ran home and returned minutes before they were to close, on a Saturday. They were very gracious and helped me finish the process. If not I would have had to wait to Monday and the entire weekend I had planned to move stuff would have been a wash. Thank you staff members for amazing customer service! You helped make my weekend productive :)

So after doing some research I found Prime Storage on a website that finds storage units for a reseaonal price and at a location that is close to you. The customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions. The facility was very clean easy to access.
