More businesses need to have a representative like Zoey. Thank you to Sparefoot Storage for the great deal and thank you Zoey for the wonderful service. It was fast, easy and I was treated like a valued customer.

October 04, 2023 - From SFOne of my inquiries was access to storage unit.Being as this was a last minute move I needed access to said facility 24 hours a day..SPARE FOOT stated referred storage facility had 24 hour access..I made my payment signed lease online and proceeded to bring items to facility only to be told access to units is ONLY during business hours of 930-5:15pm. I am satisfied with customer service with facility, I was extremely inconvenienced. I had to come out of pocket additional fees (transportation /overnight storage) until following business day..
