I am new to this online transaction stuff and I reserved at least 3 times for the same unit but when I was contacted by the facility they were completely understanding and helpful to me and finding what was needed.

I had a very positive experience from start to finish renting the unit! Customer service was knowledgeable and friendly. The unit was clean and the only other thing I wish it had was electricity. The unit door appeared to be newer and was very easy for me to open. Another big plus is that I couldn't beat the pricing for the size of the unit anywhere else!
