October 08, 2024 - From SFThe location on NY Ave. NE can be very frustrating to get into and out of, so if you need daily access, it might not be best for you. But it's convenient for weekend and evening use, for sure.

February 12, 2024 - From SFI've used this facility on three separate occasions and have always enjoyed my experience. The check-in / registration process was extremely efficient and easy to follow. If you need to speak with the office staff, they are very friendly and helpful. I've always found the pricing to be very reasonable and inexpensive for what you get.

May 15, 2023 - From SFInitially I saw this 5x5 storage unit up for $60 a month, which seemed reasonable as it was on the outskirts of the city and less expensive than other units within the city. However the checkout process on the day before move in revealed the true price of $126 after administrative fees, mandatory protection plan, and a padlock purchase. This was difficult for me, since I had no other options by the time I actually paid for the unit. The actual move in process was simple and the instructions were easy to follow. The unit was clean, accessible, and the space was exactly as advertised. The unit also seemed to have reliable security systems. Overall I would recommend this storage unit IF you are okay with the pricing and fees.
