October 31, 2019 - From SFI found the place to be extremely clean; the manager VERY friendly, welcoming, professional, & informative; and the ease of access to my unit (passcode, parking lot access, ramp, elevators, & carts) to be excellent. The only issue I had is that they advertise their trucks as "FREE" when you rent from them. This is NOT true. There is a $10. admin fee, a $100. refundable deposit (which I understand), and $.79 per mile charge after the first 50 miles. I'm disappointed at how costly the unit is after the first month's promotional period...it's not $62.90 as there is a mandatory fee for insurance. There are different levels of coverage, but even the cheapest one greatly raises the cost of the unit rented.
