July 18, 2024 - From SFOnly problem I had was I made a reservation online for my move-in date and time, and for the few days between I got multiple confirmation calls from the employees about me showing up... I showed up at the exact time of the reservation to move in and there was a sign taped to the glass of the front entrance, they were out and wouldn't be back for an hour and a half. So I left and went back, they said the manager called an "emergency meeting" and apologized for missing the appointment. Other than that... Great place!
