    I love this place - it is close - the people are nice - the facility is clean. But due to people who do not return keys, they have enacted a policy that you have to walk into the office and request a key for a cart to transport belongings to a storage unit, which becomes a hassle when you go to get a key and the staff is out on the property showing units or taking care of their chores. I made 6 trips in 1 day, so it was a hassle beyond belief. At one point, I waited 20 minutes just to return the key and that is an inconvenience. Other than that - great facility and storage and prices!!!! I probably won't qualify for the Amazon gift card at this point, but for being honest, it would be nice if I did.

    The office staff are friendly and helpful. Units are clean. The the faculty is large. Just be prepared to be blocked in by the rude customers. But jerks are everywhere.

    The facility is clean and secure, the staff is extremely nice and they remember you. Only thing I wish was different was I wish they had later hours but other than that I really like this storage facility
