April 26, 2019 - From SFAfter experiencing loosing my possessions in a fire I needed a break from all the paperwork and running around. I went to the Tuckahoe storage and was treated with kindness, patience and respect for my troubles. Errol took care of me and went out of his way to be helpful. I was so happy to see him come up again to help me find my way. He heard me pushing my cart from downstairs and knew I was going down the wrong aisle. He kindly came to my rescue. I was very appreciative for his concern. Thank you again Errol.

December 07, 2015 - From SFBe careful of the $20 insurance fee, which they will charge you and then tell you they cannot credit back even if you have home owners insurance. Home owner insurance docs must be presented ahead of time... Also, confirm that your lock meets their standards before agreeing to take a storage unit. Otherwise you will be obligated to buy a $20 key lock from Cubesmart.
