February 09, 2025 - From SFOnly complaint is the unit wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t cleaned out before I moved in. I cleaned it myself. Justin was very helpful, professional and courteous. I just think the pricing on the third floor units that are so far from the elevator are very, very steep. Also, the two moving carts need to be fixed or replaced. The wheels are very very hard to move.

July 23, 2023 - From SFWhat made me choose this location was the promotion they had 1 month free. Priceses are decent could be lower. It's in the cut and private. Security for the facility is high advance ,Camera are everywhere so you don't have to worry about your stuff being stolen. customer service is good.

April 25, 2023 - From SFI have to say their prices are the cheapest around. i have a few storages in different areas that are all $20-30 more. Customer service is always super friendly. I have zero complaints, just wish it was 24 hours.

March 03, 2023 - From SFVery quick and easy check in. The guy working the counter did a great job. Very clean place and I like the fact it's tucked back so nobody knows it's there. The one thing that gets me is the maze you have to go threw in order to find ur unit.
