July 06, 2022 - From SFI came in to do the paperwork because I was having a very hard time doing it online. The man who helped me was already upset because it was closing time soon and he did not want to stay late. I get it, it was the holiday weekend but donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take it out on me and stay professional. I was not asked if I wanted/needed a lock and charged for one of their own. Same with the insurance.
