Once I got the where and figured out the code everything went smooth. And the agent at the Davis facility was very helpful

When I arrived to rent a unit, the attendant was not there; she was out to lunch or running an error. Since the office was closed I had to wait to get a unit and begin moving in. Another renter needed his code to get into the lot and also had to wait and he had hourly workers just sitting around. Once the attendant showed up, she let the other tenant wait while she completed my application rather than just letting him in. I actually left the office to move my truck to give him access. After getting access, the attendant was very helpful in showing me where my unit was located and in finding carts to use in moving items to the unit. Some work could be done in planning absences or in having coverage at all times during posted hours.

I had no trouble checking in and moving into my unit. It was drive up accessible. The price is comparable to units of the same size in the area, but is still on the expensive side.

From the first phone call to the signing of the lease I was pleased. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was well received. As a single woman who visits my storage unit alone, I am encouraged by the amount of security that is provided. There is even an intercom in the hallways if you need something from the desk! The facility is well maintained and very clean! I am pleased to be your customer!
