April 03, 2024 - From SFThe rate is always fantastic when first moving into a unit (first month $1, etc.), but because they reserve the right to raise their rates at any time, it can get a little tricky. My last rental in 2021 started out costing about $13/month for a large room. By the time I canceled it 3 months later, it was already up to $160 and about to increase again. I'm hoping that won't be the case this time around!
