Just what I needed for a compact unit.

This is a waste of time forcing people to complete this

Despite there being massive construction and traffic on Mound, this location did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised with the virtual booth and kiosk because the representative over the phone was extremely short, dry and rude. The virtual assistant was immediately available and open to assisting, although I was completely comfortable with navigating it myself. She assisted from start to finish and was extremely detailed. The unit was perfect and the facility was well maintained and clean. The access code, lock and community was all easy accessible and available. I was wonder at first, but it turned out wonderful and I am gratitude. I intended to use it for a few months, but I definitely might extend that.

Submitted online reservation for a few days from now, received confirmation immedately and response from facility asking if I had any questions. Asked about instant access and was told how to do that and change my move in date. Completed everything online with one exception, it would not accept bank information for payment and had to use credit card.
