April 04, 2022 - From SFAfter loading my climate controlled unit with all my belongings, I look up to find a giant hole I could see right out from. How can the unit be climate controlled when it's contents are exposed to the elements? I brought it up with the general manager who told me there was nothing they could do at the moment, and that I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days for the hole to be fixed. I'm not happy one bit.
