    Gwenette was awesome. This was our first time renting a storage unit and we didn't know what to expect. I arrived with many questions but almost all questions were answered before I asked.     The decision to rent storage space has always been stressful for me/us because it's always been accompanied with a major life event requiring us to physically move from a place we consider home to somewhere else. I followed up with a phone call and the customer service was top notch - prompt, efficient, professional, competent and friendly. The sane was true for in-person service. The setup was quick but thorough. The entire process helped to ease the burden of dealing with a sudden change in our living environment.
