I love the location an the draining system in place made me feel a lot safer leave my things with this facility. Their fence is another assurance with its piked tips. The buildings with inside units are well managed plus temp controlled. Overall great experience thanks

April 09, 2022 - From SFThe facility is clean, and although it seems there are regular rate increases to our storage units, the price is still one of the most reasonable compared to other facilities nearby. The facility is secure, the manager does make a lot of effort to address our concerns. Our main concern are the regular rate increases. We have been storing there for numerous years, and we feel there are few incentives for long term renters. Secondly, we have had leakage issues in both our large storage unit and our smaller climate controlled unit which have caused us to have to file an insurance claim. Why pay for a climate controlled unit that can't even be safe from the elements? Why should I have to pay for insurance to cover what you would think you have already paid for?
