Denise and Amy are great and were both very helpful in moving in. Location is easy to get to, access is simple and efficient. Price is with all the additional fee an add ones at the high end for just an empty space to store things.

I went in on a Sunday which was one of the reasons I chose this place and the young lady in the office was so nice. (I went shopping around and other places in the area were not so pleasant) She took me to see the unit to make sure everything would fit and explained how the alarm and gate worked. The paperwork was easy and everything was explained.

I was greeted so well, I felt comfortable and felt like more of a "family" rather than a customer.. I like the dual security measures in place. The area my storage unit is in is very easy to get to and find. The facility is in good condition.. Even outside is clean, nothing broken. I like this facility,, it is in a good location as well. Is it a safe facility? Yes, I believe so.
