August 23, 2025 - From SFI had difficulty finding the best elevator to get to my unit. I went into the office when I first arrived and I wasn't even acknowledged by the woman who was there. I wanted to purchase packing supplies, but was tired of waiting for anything, not even a Hello. I wandered around, trying to find an elevator and the one that I finally found was not anywhere near my unit. Luckily, another tenant was there who was able to answer my question. I just hope that when I move my belongings in there are more carts available because I only saw the one that was already being used. Hopefully, my next experience will be better.

July 28, 2025 - From SFThe sign up took alot of effort. One is on their own if things don't enter smoothly. Manager is on property. BYO moving carts. The parking lot needs the pot holes repaired in some key areas. I hope they don't sell off to the big box chains. TBD.
