September 29, 2020 - From SFThe climate controlled storage location is convenient and was clean. My concerns center around security. Due to a lightning strike, the access gate controller was not working, so the gate was open and anyone could access the storage bins which are only protected by the owner's locks. With the climate controlled storage, the doors were outfitted with keypads, but they are not being used. So climate controlled bins are no safer than non-climate controlled ones.
