September 28, 2024 - From SFNot much to say except it's a storage facility. If you arrive before 8, it appears that carts are not available. I'm guessing they unlock them once the main office opens. Otherwise, grateful they open at 6.

March 09, 2022 - From SFI reserved the unit a few days ahead of time and it was simple to do online. I completed payment online as well, so when I showed up, all I needed was to get an explanation and I was all set. The employee was caring and helpful. He showed me what I needed to do and offered assistance if needed. There is an app that you can use to unlock a sliding door to the units. You can access your storage without needing a person's assistance. The smallest unit fit 5-6 totes full of my stuff as well as a few big and medium boxes with space to spare. Overall, it was a good experience.
