The hours to acess your unit are unrealistic.

When we arrived no one was there to let us in, we had to wait over an hour for someone to get there. The network was down and it would have been nice to get a call ahead of time to be informed of the problem. When the person showed up they were very nice and helpful.

The receptionist was nice in getting my unit reserved. I was disappointed that the original unit i reserved became unavailable when I tried checking in a few days later over the phone. Overall she was helpful in finding me an alternative. Im also disappointed that the gate access ends so early (5pm). I was traveling from Tracy to put the last bit of stuff from my old house into storage and the arrival time was right before 5pm. I called and asked if there was a grace period and the gentleman i spoke to said access was available until 9pm and 5pm was office hours. He gave me incorrect information because after i left the storage at 5:15pm, i received a warning from the storage reminding me that gate access ended at 5pm, not 9pm like i was told.
