September 17, 2021 - From SFThe Manager of the facility took great care of me. She was friendly, offered assistance and made recommendations I wouldn't have thought of before moving in. The location is within 7 minutes of my home and accessibility to the unit is very good with multiple loading pallets available. The facility was well lit and the hallways were wide enough to make maneuvering of furniture painless. There was a structural column in the unit I was given, but I had sufficient room for all of my items.

December 24, 2018 - From SFThe manager was very welcoming and helpful. She provided excellent customer service. The only challenge I had was the only spaces that were available for the size unit that I selected had a very large pillar in all of them. This took up a lot of space that I could have used. Since this was my first time ever renting storage space it was a lesson learned. If I need space in the future, I will definitely do better research and view the space before my move-in date. I honestly felt because those were the only units available for that size that there should have been an additional discount.
