Front office personnel were friendly and helpful.

They were very helpful, the space was clean and they supped the lock.

The only thing wrong was they offered a moving van for free. My movers took one look at it and refused to put my furniture in it. It was WAY TOO SMALL, and THE SIDES WEREN'T EVEN. I had to go to a Uhaul place to rent an adequate truck. Since I already had the "free" van, I had to drive to the storage place twice so that I could return the van. I also had to drive twice to Uhaul. Not only was it an inconvenience, but it cost me extra because the movers we charging me for the time they were waiting while I had to find an appropriate moving van.

I needed a small unit to accommodate a few items on a short term basis. Located this particular business on Google the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, called for details and were told it would be open on Labor Day (asked twice during the phone call), then arrived that day ready to unload my vehicle only to find it was actually closed for the holiday! Fortunately I was able to return the next day, vented about my experience to the manager who apologized repeatedly for the erroneous information I had been given by a call center. She was pleasant and helpful and soon had me signed up for a unit to meet my needs.

I was so hesitant about putting my things in storage but I absolutely love these people.
