I had a slight problem with something, I called the manager, but she was not available, but I can say that she called right back in a timely manner. My only issue is that the 1st floor restrooms were not clean. Other than that I would definitely recommend this facility.

October 05, 2022 - From SFLadies in the office were putting me off as I was having difficulty with online. I called two times before they opened. They did not call me when they got in. I called them. Asked if I could just drive over real quick to sign in person. They said I had to make a reservation for 11 am. I explained I needed to unload and drive my van back to Wilmington. They said they had to do their rounds to check all locks on doors. I did managed to get thru the online and when I arrived I had to apologize as she seemed to have an attitude. After taking 3 carts full of items from van to storage unit, not one of the three ladies were checking any locks. They stayed behind the counter the whole time talking. I could have been able to come in person but they didn't want to be bothered.
