Public Storage - Puyallup - 1310 39th Ave SE

Folks at this location have been more helpful than the Public Storage customer service number, can't recommend them enough Facility is nice & feels secure This is a great choice for storage

Have rented several storage units in the past and really liked the value this location offers and the ease with which I checked in and received access to my unit. This space has automatic keyless entry on the buildings and is pretty easy to maneuver. Very satisfied with the value. My unit however has a roll up door that wont stay up and had some batting in the back of the unit that had fallen away from the wall. Seems like these two things should have been attended to in preparing the unit for a new occupant.

This is my first time renting a storage. I could not view the sizes online so I drove to the location. The lady at the front desk was so warm and friendly. She walked me to the empty room to review the space and there was no pressure to rent there. I booked online the next day and moved all of my things in.

Process was so easy. Would definitely recommend.

The Manager and staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. I have rented from this facility before and each time I dealt with the staff they were very accommodating and made for a great experience. Thank you!
