April 10, 2020 - From SFMost of my experience has been extremely positive. However, when I moved into the unit (10x10), I noticed that the unit did not seem square. When I measured it with a tape measure, I discovered the unit was slightly under 10 feet wide, but less than 8 feet deep. Admittedly, 10x10 units are an approximation, but this is a difference of more than 20 percent (8x10 = 80 square feet while 10x10 = 100 square feet). The management refused to make an reduction in the rate for this lost space. That was extremely disappointing.
