Mitzie reached out to me to get me into the unit quickly. She was incredibly nice and helpful. The units were clean and spacious, just like what I was looking for

Everything was good. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a old unit and could be better clean but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not bad. The associate Ms Nitze was very kind and helpful.

Mitzie was helpful removing a faulty lock replacing it with a new one at no charge. The AC unit wasn't working by our unit and she was mopping the floor concerned we'd slip. She was nice all around and we had a good laugh with her too. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is that we paid good money for an air conditioned unit which keeps freezing up and dripping. Creating a puddle outside our unit, hence the mopping. Of course this is no reflection on Mitzie, she is not to blame for the faulty AC. The property is well-lit and in a good location.

Friendly staff, and great storage facility.

Customer service is somewhat easy to work with not the quickest to get back to you if they need to answer question but friendly none the less. Units are decent. The most well kept but usable
