June 19, 2021 - From SFIt was convenient to be able to reserve the desired unit on line before the actual transaction. We were searching for units not too far from the residence. There doesn't seem to be too many of the larger units available, We were glad that SROA held our choice until we could complete the transaction. This is our first week and everything has gone smoothly so far.

July 30, 2020 - From SFI just moved in last week and have no complaints, the unit is true to size and prices are good to start but I can't speak to how the service and prices will be over time. It's important to note that the price you are quoted is not going to be your monthly bill because insurance is required which is at least $9/month. I would have liked to know that ahead of time but overall I am still satisfied with the price. I ran into a neighboring tenant who had been there longer and had some issues where they were abruptly asked to switch units, but I don't know any details beyond that and hope it is not common.
