Quick, simple, and great customer service.

Seems to be a very well run and secure facility. The administration staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very happy with my experience here so far

Dﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢Niece was exceptional in customer service. She is personable and knowledgeable and made the entire experience very pleasant.

Unfortunately, it took us longer than expected to load our truck and head to Uncle Bob's Storage. The staff was very understanding and stayed after hours to help us fill out paperwork. They even took the time to give us a tour of the facilities and explained all of the safety features and additional details related to the property. I want to say thank you to the staff of this location for making this part of our move a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this location to anyone with storage needs.

The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. It would be nice if at least two people worked there, one to show customer the unit the other to be available when other customers go there so customer do not have to make a second trip.
