I was going to use another storage company but the initial experience was terrible with poor customer service. No one on site to assist as advertised. After hours on the phone, issue was not resolved & I could not open two unit. I decided that company would not be a good fit & I am so glad I found Michelle at Cubesmart. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!! Ask for Michelle for stellar customer service!!!
