Vivian(site manager) and Steve Kane (district manager) went out of their way to help me to work out an issue I had with the storage lock.     Everything, so far, only 2 days into this, has been good but I am getting a lot of messages. I have gotten 2 more surveys since I started to rent a unit & got one that day. I understand how important they are to a company but it is also annoying to a customer to receive more than one. This is the last communication I will have other than paying my rent.
