September 21, 2022 - From SFHad a five-man professional move crew doing a full household move into storage. For starters, only one of two freight elevators was operational. This was a disaster for my crew as well as other patrons. Had a crisis when became apparent I needed additional storage unit, no staff there to assist, and nothing but voicemail when trying to contact facility manager. Talk about stressful! Had to take drastic action. Not a positive experience; could have been a disaster. Fortunately, was able to reconcile the following day. Property manager was extremely helpful with resolving the additional unit rental situation.
