A glitch between reservation and our arrival caused a shortage of units available to us, Lance (the owner) offered immediate assistance to us by putting us into his personal vehicle, driving us around town to his competition to secure safe storage for us. I wish I had the proper words to express our gratitude for the level of care shown.
