StorQuest Express- Palm Coast / Old King

Glad we found this. Very customer oriented.

New, spacious, clean. Happy with this storage facility.

Since it was Monday and office closed; we were let in sign in room via call button and assisted via zoom type camera. Tricky getting code to work for locker to get out facilities lock, but everyone was patient and all went well. Code to gate worked fine, door to get into unit gives instructions, just be sure to enter the door as it is still buzzing. Inside clean, motion lights, and easy to use unit.

Paperwork was mostly easy. I'm moving to the area and don't have an address yet so I had to try to get a PO Box online which was the most difficult part of the process. Which was no fault of StorQuest and he was super patient with me. He showed me where the unit was located and how to use the gate. I've been several times to add things to the unit and always a friendly smiling face is there. The only thing I was not happy about was the price. It's a little high compared to the same size unit back home.

Great price and costumer service. The prices was easy and not complicated at all.
