The customer service was outstanding. No negative vibes, very positive, LOVING AND KIND. WISH this kind of customer service was mandatory. Thank you Pubic Storage.

This place is a lot cleaner than storage units I've had in the past. I love that they have an app to open the gates and doors! Locked in a great price and probably will stay here long-term

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve just rented a space, and the online rental process was fantastic. However, when I went there at 6:30 am to check out the place I was surprised to find the main gate open and no one was there. I became concerned about the security of the place. When I came back at 10:30 to unload my stuff, the gate was still open. When I finished unloading my stuff at 12:00 the gate was still open. On my way out I saw a lady that works there and I asked her about the gate and she said that because of the heavy rain the previous night the gateﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s chain snapped and that it will be fixed. I wanted to express my concern about the security of the place, but she rudely asked me to move on! That is the only reason I only gave 3 stars.

Easy set up was great. Staff was friendly. I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t received my first bill yet but it seems easy enough.

I just rented my space, and haven't had to deal with any problems at the site yet. My rental process was easy and agreeable, the manager was super helpful and kind. The space was very specific - I wanted a drive-up medium size space with a roll up door- and this was the only place I could find a unit that met my needs. I only gave 4 stars because their open hours are very short and I'm sure that will be a problem in the future for me. But this is the only negative thing that I can see happening at this time.
