We inquiried about an issue we encountered while there, the level of service she provided was above and beyond on what we expected - the issue was dealt with the up most professionalism, courtesy, and understanding resulting in a favorable outcome within a very short period of time. Lisa is a very helpful, reliable, and thoughtful individual and she changed our outlook on our day when we were not in the very good mood from the start.

The on site manger Nikki was amazing .... she was so diligent in helping me get my storage unit once I was informed that the unit I reserved was gone...... I was so stressed about my moving after being relocated for my job and she came thru.... she call her district manager about a unit that had just been verified vacant and help secure it for me..... I would definitely recommend this company and I hope Public Storage acknowledges they have valuable employee's given their company a good reputation........... thank you
