Super clean and excellent service and great space to access storage.

Mrs. Glenn was very helpful and nice. She called me to confirm when I was coming in to complete my reservation. She completed my reservation and paperwork in less then 30 minutes. And made sure I understood all of the rules and regulations of the contract. Thank you again Mrs. Glenn for your excellent customer service.

Good security like it

I wasn't expecting nor had I planned on the rates going up after moving in. Also Insurance on the space wasn't mentioned until I was filling out paperwork to move in. Another thing is having to buy a lock instead of using my own. It'd be nice if these things were mentioned in your ads before finding out afterwards.

Great on the personal help. Not so great on the locking mechanism needing new cap bolts. Also power and lights are only on at night (Photo cell activated) and it is very dark in parts of a full unit during the day. I have only answered excellent as the personal there were very fast and friendly.
