December 18, 2021 - From SFWhen we arrived, before hours, we found out our unit we purchased on line was indoors, with no lights, my husband has a bum leg and walking down the long hallway to get to the storage unit was going to be too much for him. Even before the doors opened the staff on site moved us to an outdoor unit quickly and with no complaints. The staff is amazing and we are very fortunate to have worked with the girls in the office!
