Extra Space Storage - 7757 - New Braunfels - IH-35 S

Niki, Melissa and the gentleman who works there were incredibly patient and helpful with all of my inquiries. The facility was very clean and they seem to take a lot of pride in providing a good environment.

After I made the initial reservation of the storage unit, I was quickly contacted by phone from a gentleman named Randy. He explained the whole process to me; it was quick, it was easy and he was very informative and friendly. In less than 15 minutes, I received by email the contract lease and was able to electronically sign it without any problems. It was an overall very nice and short experience. After work I came by the office to meet Randy (and Nikki) and was told where my unit was located and how to obtain the key. This facility is extremely clean, and I love all the security and surveillance cameras.

Awesome process, easy and quick. Nicki was fantastic, answered all my questions and made everything go smoothly. My only complaint is the requirement to buy insurance thru Extra Space.
