    I am very impressed and happy with the front desk employees .. Becky helped me get my unit set up and she did a great job.. Cubesmart did a great job with their hiring and I definitely recommend this place for storage.. I really like the area of the lot and feels very safe and is very clean

    It took THREE tries before I was able to move into a unit that would work for a vehicle. The first was the right size unit, but only had a 4 foot wide door. Because they had no other units that size, the second was even larger (and a higher rental rate). We went through all the paperwork, but when we got to the unit, it was INACCESSIBLE for a vehicle. So back to the office to REDO ALL RENTAL PAPERWORK in order to rent a different unit. The third worked perfectly .... but each change brought the price up. So where I had planned for $188/mo I ended up with $226/mo. I'm not arguing whether or not that price is appropriate for the spot I ended up in ... it just was not at all what I budgeted for. By the time we realized all of this we were up against a time constraint, so we "had" to take the upgrade. This entire procedure took more than 90 minutes, when they already had all of my information. Not a great experience.
