December 30, 2024 - From SFEverything was fine with the exception of the unit’s retractable door won’t remain up! This issue should have been resolved “prior” to actually renting the unit to me. Or if another comparable unit was available, then it should have been rented to me. I transport large appliances. So, I can’t deal with a partially-opened door while dealing with with an oversized appliance on a dolly.
