August 03, 2020 - From SFI booked online to save some money and even upgraded to a 1st floor storage unit; however, upon arrival, I was informed that my storage unit was in fact what Public Storage calls "a locker" which is actually on the second level of the 1st floor only accessible via a rolling ladder. Confusing? Yeah, for me too. This was not disclosed on their website. Therefore, I had to yet again, pay more than anticipated for a 1st floor, level 1 storage unit, which was smaller than what I had originally booked. It felt much like a rip off. The customer service guy, Morley, was solid though and the only reason this location gets an average rating.

April 03, 2020 - From SFThe managers were very helpful in picking the the best unit to fit my needs. The paperwork was quick and easy and explained clearly. They let me know about items and insurance they had for sell but were not too pushy. The experience was great!
