By about 4pm on move day we realized everything was not going to fit.I called three other companies and got noting but an answering machine.After calling Prime the paperwork was done and my movers had the unit loaded before they closed at 6pm.

March 24, 2021 - From SFThe mandatory insurance program is inappropriate. The lease already provides responsibility waiver language in it. The decision to purchase insurance if the customer doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t already carry it should be made by the customer and not mandated by Prime.
