November 19, 2024 - From SFNot much security. Broken front gate. Gate open all night. No lights in storage unit. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a big reason why many people donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rent these units. The employees are very nice, but have no answers.

August 20, 2023 - From SFI would recommend prime storage to all my friend and family. It was fast and easy. Customer service was amazing. Brian at the facility was fantastic, helped me with everything I needed. Also, a Brian at the call center was great too. Checkin was easy with no hiccups. Keep doing what your doing prime storage.
