August 11, 2023 - From SFThis process was fast and easy. Did it all online/email. Desiree was very helpful. The only thing that was confusing is there is three properties and I at first didn't know which one held our unit. Confusing for sure. Only thing that I would like to see would be the option to chose the location of the unit. Like online give actual locations to pick from like you can on campground sites or movie theater apps.
