September 01, 2023 - From SFFacility is brand new. BUT- you need the ESS app on your phone to enter the gate and your unit (all locks are Bluetooth enabled, a physical lock is not necessary). Only thing I will ding them for is that the price they gave me turned out to only last for four months because itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a promo price, but I was only told that after I came in to sign my lease and not during the two phone calls I had with them prior discussing the price.
