December 30, 2019 - From SFI reserved a unit on the website because the price fit my budget for the amount of space I needed. I met Livette when I arrived and she was very polite and asked me what I was storing. When she agreed that the unit I reserved met my needs, she showed me the unit. I liked it so I bought it. There weren't any crazy upsells which was what I was getting prepared for. Only thing was the insurance is required on the unit. I felt that should have been mentioned on the reservation web page. Otherwise great experience
