I rented a 5x5' unit for $33/mo. Great price. Reserved and signed lease online which is very convenient. However, there was no attendant in the office during open hours (mid-day on a Sunday). I called another location and they said they were understaffed. That location's attendant gave me my gate code but turns out the gate on the left was open and unsecured both times I came through with a van load. Didn't have to use the code to get in. I'll have to make another trip out there because they make you pay for a lock upfront that I didn't need and I want a refund on the lock. The lock was inside the unit so I'll have to physically take it back to get the refund. Overall great price. But you get what you pay for.
