The staff are excellent. The facility needs some exterior painting in areas, but it is clean and has a clean appearance.

Eipsey(?) spelling, any she was very helpful & kept me update if they would not be in office when I arrived because of property inspections or clean outs. She was professional & efficient at her job and I was never left waiting or wondering what a good time to arrive would be (even though I was way off schedule myself) everything went extremely smooth. It was all so very easy for me to setup my storage needs. My parents passed away and I needed to clean up and pack up my parents items I wanted. This was a very easy day. Movers came and then followed me to my storage place. Once again easy again. There's nothing easy about closing down a home of 44 years, but I had a great experience with Public storage and would use them again.
