June 28, 2021 - From SFStaff was very helpful, unit, elevator and hallways are very clean and transport carts are in good supply. I did not care for the unexpected $ 30.00 raise in the monthly rate. Do you get people to move in with a decent rate and then arbitrarily raise it once they are all moved in? I also had trouble with the online registration both times that I tried to register online (would not recognize my confirmation code). There was also an issue with the gate code not working which was very stressful when I had my moving company delayed with the delivery of my belongings that were gong into storage.
